Tree Babies - New term Thurs 21st April

Service Description

Tree babies is a unique class which invites you to connect with yourself, your baby and other parents in a beautiful natural setting. The class is very much about being rather than doing and it’s a chance to slow down and immerse yourself in nature. We will guide you with some mindfulness practice and awaken your senses before enjoying some forest bathing. Babywearing is encouraged as your little one will experience the sights, sounds and smells of nature from the safety and closeness of a sling. We have a small number of slings available to borrow if needed. (Buggies also welcome too) Most suitable from birth to walking as a guide. Please bring a reusable cup with lid and if possible have a timer on your phone.
